A motion was called for and all present were in favor

The Budget for Trust Land monies was explained:
1. The district has received a grant so that each Orion student has a chrome book to use
a. Students who don’t have a computer at home can use their chrome books to do the assignments the teacher are asking them to do at home.
b. Students are able to send their assignments to the teachers without printing
2. This makes it unnecessary to purchase more chrome Books (savings of approximately $4000)

3. We will only need to purchase 90 ALEX licenses instead of the higher number we anticipated (savings of approximately $1200
4. Smart Boards are not needed as much because of the one to one chrome books (approximate savings of $4000)

With the above changes we have money to use for other needs:
1. Overhead Cameras-$1200
2. Extra Science Lab Supplies-$5000
3. After School Tutoring
4. Another Student Advocate to help not only the struggling learners, but also the other 90% of students who are on track but need direction to be even more successful
